Intrepid Black Snob correspondent/business partner/Gal Friday and “Jill of All Trades” Dot will be heading out to the first ever African Fashion Designers and Model Competition, going down from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. this Saturday at Zanzibar on the Waterfront, 700 Water St., Southwest D.C. (Tickets are still available for $30.)
The show will feature designers from all over the world and an after-party at the SkyClub on top of the Zanzibar. They’re promising fun, food, notable guests, beautiful people and a celeb or two.
Dot will be covering the event for The Black Snob because, you know us snobs, we like a good party. And a party with models and gorgeous clothes in D.C. seemed like the Snob trifecta. And since I’m stuck in a land-locked state holding down the Belton Bat Cave, Dot’s gonna “represent” for the site. I am jealous very, very much, but will settle for some awesome pictures of the shindig being thrown by the folks BC Entertainment & Talent Group and Jules Management & Consulting.
See you there!
